My Husband and I love traveling, hosting, decorating, and entertaining family and friends. We decided to become hosts, enabling us to do what we love for a living.

We began hosting in 2015 and incorporated our business as “Amyfinehouse” in 2018.
It was an easy name to pick because it happened to be Grace’s nickname growing up because of her love for Amy Winehouse. I thought this name actually fits well with what we do today.
Now, Amyfinehouse provides uniquely designed short-term rentals with upscale amenities that offer vacation and business travelers a place to stay, work, and play.
There is no need to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel or short-term rental from a large short-term rental operator.

All reservations booked on our website require a full payment at the time the reservation is booked.
For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-check in form sent to you after confirming your reservation. This provides access to our guest app with detailed check-in instructions, a house manual, and useful links. The form requires a $200 hold for damage deposit which is removed within 3-5 business days after check-out unless there were damages to our property. This requirement has been placed on us by our HOA to prevent parties and property damages.
Changes to your Reservation made within 14 days prior to your check-in date may be allowed at the sole discretion of Amyfinehouse. However, if the changes to your Reservation involve decreasing the number of nights booked, you will not receive the difference.
You’re entitled to a full refund if you cancel your Reservation within 24 hours of booking your Reservation.
You will be entitled to a refund of 50% payment of your reservation if you cancel before 14 days of your reservation. No refunds issued within 14 days of arrival
We currently operate a Covid-Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions we will give you the opportunity to book a date in the future if you are within your non-refundable period.
We do not allow pets in our rentals unless it’s a registered service dog. Under very special occasions we can accommodate well-behaved dogs for a charge of $50 per pet / per night.
We welcome children to our accommodation and provide park-n-play if requested. Please contact us if you are considering staying with children and have any other special requests.
Normally, check-in is 3pm unless otherwise stated for a specific listing. Checkout is at 11am. We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure times. There is a late checkout option if we don’t have a same-day arrival or an early check-in option if we don’t have an overnight stay. We can also store your bags if early check-in or late check-out is not possible.
Please advise your requirements at the time of completing the check-in form sent to you after making a reservation and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a late check-out or early check-in. Please let us know in advance if you need us to pick you from the airport or arrange drop-off when you checkout.
